Claudio is also the founder of IM Insights Latino, an insights development and branding firm which he led for 10 years.
Claudio holds a BA in Communications and Spanish and a Master of Science in Management from Baker University.
A native of Santiago, Chile, bilingual in Spanish and English and bicultural.
